Project Description: Form, place and finish footing and pedestal foundations for the New Canopy of Peace Addition

Lacoste Elementary School Exterior Improvements

Owner: St Bernard Parish School Board

​Project Description: Remove existing vegetation; grade site for new play area; install new ornamental fencing and cantilever gate system; erect outdoor classroom, canopy and required foundation; installed new site paving, outdoor basketball courts including equipment and striping 

 

Bone & Joint PT Clinic Renovation - Gretna

Owner: The Bone & Joint Clinic 

​Project Description: Complete Interior Renovation of existing medical clinic; demo of existing interior walls, ceilings, floors and fixtures; install new light and plumbing fixtures; buildout new walls as per new designed layout; work performed during Owner occupancy

 

St Bernard Middle School Structural Repairs 

Owner: St Bernard Parish School Board 

Project Description: Install Shoring to existing gymnasium wall, selective demo of existing brick veneer façade, perform remedial, structural brick repairs; install new metal stud wall framing, sheathing, sheathing, and insulated wall panels; execute structural concrete repairs to existing structure. 

 

Stadia Bathroom and Concession Renovations 

Owner: St Bernard Parish School Board 

Project Description: Renovation of existing bathrooms and concession stands; Install new Mini-Split HVAC systems, electrical circuitry, and LED lighting fixtures; Perform new plumbing modifications to allow for urinal and lavatory layout; Paint existing wall surfaces and install new polyaspartic flooring system

 

Welding Shop and Aerospace Building Renovations 

Owner: Nunez Community College 

Project Description: Renovation of Welding Shop Classroom; paint walls and doors; Install new polyaspartic flooring system; installation of new acoustical ceiling system; Prep and paint sheetrock walls at newly renovated Aerospace building.

Project Description: Selective demolition of existing walls, ceilings and elevator; Rough-in and Trim out of new electrical and plumbing systems; Pour, place and finish new slab and buildout of new ADA bathroom; Install new doors, casework, millwork and aluminum storefront systems
